I m not sure myself because I literally don't see where it says flavor of any kind on the box, tube or ingredients list. Two of them came with a toothbrush which I didn take picture. All three tubes are sealed. Someone else has this exact same one listed and it as a mint flavor.

They are both black and look like those ultra fine bristle toothbrushes.
